Survey Administer

Welcome to the home of Survey Administer.

Survey Administer is a surveying and sales system designed specifically for the Tablet PC. The aim of this system is to replace the folder that most surveyors take with them on their surveys, whether they use it to record specific notes about the property, customer requirements, a full inventory of items, or even just as a sales presentation aid. Survey Administer does all of this and much more!

So what exactly does Survey Administer do?

Well enquiries and appointments taken by Move Administer are exported and then imported into Survey Administer. You can then see the surveys that have been arranged for the chosen day.

Survey Browse

The Prospect button on the survey browse allows you to record addresses of properties for sale in the same road at the survey you are visiting. When the surveys are exported from Survey Administer to Move Administer any new prospects are automatically exported for processing by the sales team back at the office.

Prospecting

Opening a survey allows you to view, and even edit, correspondence details, appointment details and enquiry details, before providing survey details, including a full or brief inventory of items.

Open Survey

The inventory allows you to select from a list of items typically found in the chosen room. This is setup in Move Administer and exported to Survey Administer, keeping consistency among your surveyors. Items not showing on the typical list can either be selected from the 'all' list or added to Survey Administer (which would then be exported back to Move Administer for use on future surveys by all surveyors).

Room names can be customised for that personal touch, and miscellaneous volumes can be recorded, ideal for looking in lofts and just wanting to scribble down 100 cubic feet.

Item quantities can be entered by simply tapping the increase and decrease buttons.

Pressing the stylus button allows you to instantly change the defaulted volume for the highlighted item.

Opening the items provides the ability to change a host of options such as item description, quantity, volume, valuation, condition, destination, packing/wrapping/dismantling/crating requirements, special instructions, damage and photographs (ideal for recording precious items that need extra special care and attention, or damage).

Once an item is added to the inventory, any materials and equipment assigned to the item within Move Administer are automatically added to the material and equipment requirements!

Photographs can be captured via a portable webcam, or by mobile telephone or digital camera and imported later if desired.

Miscellaneous material quantities can be added quickly and easily, and material requirements can be shown for the chosen room only.

Miscellaneous notes and photographs can be entered for the chosen room.

For the survey in general you can write notes on packing requirements, wrapping requirements, special instructions, dismantling requirements, items not included, risk assessment, method statement, scheduling requirements, generic notes, included options (for the quotation), excluded options (for the quotation) and photographs can be captured (ideal for recording access).

Packing Requirements for the Survey

As with Move Administer you will find a host of xplore functions on all browses, allowing you full customisation of columns - you can even change the row heights and font sizes too!

Reports can be produced via an attached printer, or back at the office once the details have been exported from Survey Administer into Move Administer.

To aid your selling techniques, Survey Administer has a multi media section where you can store images, movies, and PDF documents! This is ideal for showing what a Pack II or a Storage Container looks like, or a video of how the removal vehicle will be loaded, or even a sample key facts document for insurance purposes.
